Grip is looking for a Senior Interactive Project Manager to join our team! The Senior Interactive Project Manager will be responsible for managing a large digital modernization project across a number of digital channels, and will require deep digital/web and enterprise build experience. This role is client-facing and will involve working with multiple partners, so experience with running projects across large functional teams in multiple streams is a must.
Ensure that Agile principles, methodologies and concepts are consistently adhered to and guide the team through Agile activities as requested or needed
Capture and use Agile metrics and retrospective actions with an eye on assessing Agile maturity, process and practice improvement
Ensure teams keep the right focus during meetings and stand-ups
Organize and facilitate sprint planning
Implement processes, practises and tools that allow for multiple paths of delivery i.e. create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies
Manage partnerships with key stakeholders, as required
Promote and grow a sense of team purpose and champion continuous improvement
5-7 years leading an Agile team in complex digital environments
Previous Project Management experience (using primarily Agile, and traditional methods)
Agile certification is a must (i.e. CSM/CPO)
Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum
Familiarity with Agile tools (i.e. JIRA, Confluence workflows)
Knowledge of web development processes and technologies in order to understand the teams needs
Account Management/client-facing experience
Ability to fully understand, suggest and effectively communicate appropriate solutions
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable and effective presenting to clients and stakeholders
