You are driven to understand consumers and their world in the interest of architecting remarkable connections between people and our clients’ brands.
You may have come up through a creative, digital, social or media agency, management consultancy, or market research firm – but your passion is unequivocally for people. Who they are. Why they buy. How they buy. What compels them to be who they are. And how brands play a role in their life across touchpoints (be it bought, owned, earned or partnered).
This drive comes to life in many ways:
You are insatiably curious. A wellspring of inspiration, always on top of the latest and greatest, never satisfied with the status quo, constantly on the lookout for what’s new and meaningful in consumers’ lives and then sharing and applying this learning and insight in the agency and to the projects you are working on.
You have a keen interest in and understanding of peoples’ relationship with platforms and technology. Going beyond contract points, you strive to open others’ eyes to their place in and influence on culture, conversations and community to unlock new creative springboards and canvases—whether that be for a campaign targeting women over 55, or unlocking uncharted territory with Gen Z.
You are an architect. You use your understanding of consumer behaviors, the consumer experience and platforms to build inspired and effective strategies and programs—stewarding them from creative concept, to partner buy-in, through measurement.
You are equal parts collaborator, provocateur and diplomat. Capable of working with creative, brand strategy, account services, analytics, social, partner agencies, clients and more, to bring ideas to life.
You are just a comfortable crunching data as you are hitting the streets to chat with consumers. A master distiller, you get to what’s genuinely important and interesting in short order and then find the most inspired and impactful way to present and bring insights and ideas to life internally and externally.
You are passionate about great work. Not only will you do what it takes to fuel inspired creative development, you embrace your role as a catalyst for ideas, working with creative teams to help identify the most compelling contexts and championing understanding in presentation to key stakeholders.
