To be successful in this role you'll have extensive digital strategy experience that spans a range of outputs and technical solutions – including customer journey mapping, user personas, business requirements creation, IA & UX testing to front and backend development; system integration and digital transformation projects.
Lead the process of digital strategy and serve as a resource across the agency and our clients’ businesses.
Provide thought-leadership on all things digital and technology connected – while applying a real-world lens to help others understand and implement consumer-centric solutions.
Understand and adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ digital strategies.
Be responsible for identifying business opportunities and solutions on a regular basis.
You are all things digital strategy: Audience comprehension, website audits, technology audits, business and user requirements, usability testing, connection to brand strategy and comms ecosystems
You assess client needs and requirements and provide leadership on digital and technology approaches and best practices
You are responsible for a strong technical know-how ensuring our digital strategies can be executed, with a strong link back to business objectives
Bridge our analytics work to customer journeys and digital activations. This includes helping establish measurement frameworks (with Analytics Dept)
You identify opportunities to integrate data sources to develop deeper consumer insights
Build the skillset of the account teams to support digital efforts and enable them to be more effective in their role
You have the ability to understand the effective application of technology to solve business problems
You identify optimal processes and efficiencies; defining and recommending technical solutions (both internally, with client and client partners
Ability to provide the strategic oversight for UI/UX ideation and deployment for robust web solutions
You are a self-starter, always on the hunt for new opportunities to connect and utilize digital strategy to accelerate consumer experiences and initiatives.
You connect with account leads to understand business challenges and objectives for the year, to determine how to ensure digital strategies can help facilitate this
You build thought leadership relations with clients and Grip’s credablity within the space
Post-Secondary education in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related field
A minimum of 7 years of digital strategy experience
Experience with designing, estimating and proposing solutions for projects
Deep understanding of all the functions required to build great digital solutions from strategy, user experience, business analysis, to design, development and implementation
An avid interest in new technologies and a desire to always stay ahead of the curve with knowledge of them
Strong sense of business acumen, can verbally communicate to large and small mixed audiences of technical and non-technical people
